• We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by payment providers.
• Users must ensure accurate billing details. Refunds are not provided except where legally required.

6. Chat & Communication Services

• The App may provide chat or messaging features for users to communicate.
• We do not monitor conversations in real time but may review them in case of complaints, fraud, or legal obligations.
• Users must not use chat to send spam, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• We are not liable for disputes or agreements made via chat.

7. Location Services

• The App may request access to device location to show nearby properties and improve user experience.
• Location data will only be collected with user consent and can be disabled from device settings.
• Accuracy of location data depends on third-party services (GPS, network providers). We are not responsible for inaccuracies.

8. Intellectual Property

• Content belongs to JR GROUP. No copying, modification, reverse-engineering.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Not liable for inaccuracies, disputes, or damages. App provided “as is”.

10. Termination

• Accounts may be suspended for violations. Users may delete accounts anytime.

11. Governing Law

• Governed by Indian law. Disputes under jurisdiction of Kollam, Kerala.
